Below you will find answers to commonly asked questions.

Registration is not required to purchase a ticket. If you buy a ticket without registering an account during the purchase process, it will be necessary to provide an e-mail address where we can send a link to download the ticket to print at home or present on your mobile device.

Tickets purchased via the IKM System are provided as PDF files. Print the ticket on A4 paper or show it to the train conductor on your mobile device.

Travellers using tickets purchased online via the IKM System must have their tickets, either printed on A4 paper or displayed on their mobile devices, and a photo ID with the data corresponding to the data on the ticket. In the case of discount tickets, travellers should also have the appropriate document entitling them to the discount.

Your invoice can be generated in the IKM System no later than the 15th day of the month following the month in which the ticket was purchased. Users can download their invoices in electronic format in the “Order list” tab. After that date, invoices are issued by the Income Control Department (Wydział Kontroli dochodów) at the customer’s request. Invoice requests should be sent to the following address:

Tickets can be returned directly via the IKM System if the PDF file with the ticket you can print at home / present on your mobile device has not yet been downloaded. Otherwise, to request your money back for a properly certified online ticket you must submit a written complaint to:
Koleje Mazowieckie – KM sp. z o.o., Biuro Zarządu, ul. Lubelska 26 03-802 Warszawa.

Tickets can be changed directly via the IKM System if the PDF file with the ticket you can print at home / present on your mobile device has not yet been downloaded. After downloading, tickets can be changed in Koleje Mazowieckie ticket offices.
